Wyoming County is listed as under a Flood Warning until 7:30 this evening.
The After-School Enrichment/ Tutoring buses will not be running this evening. Tutoring has been canceled for all schools except Pineville Middle School.

Ethan Abbott, the son of Sherry Abbott, our Wyoming County Accounts Payable Supervisor, will have a very delicate surgery to remove a brain tumor tomorrow. We are asking schools to have their students do a “Wear Red for Ethan Day” tomorrow, February 16 to show support for him during this very important surgery.

Huff’s School Nurse Sherry Walker provided a variety of lessons and science experiments on dental hygiene as part Dental Hygiene Awareness’s Month. A lot has been happening at Huff Pre-K during the three hour delay! “Down on the Farm” is their book of the week. They went on a virtual field trip to a farm, danced to the Animal Freeze Dance, milked a cow, then drew a picture of their own farm and what they would do if they were farmers. 🐄🚜🧑🌾
