Due to a winter weather advisory and projected hazardous weather, Wyoming County Schools will operate on a three hour delay on Monday, November 10, 2025. Stay safe and stay warm!
Due to unexpected sewer system issues, Huff Consolidated will be closed on Friday, November 7, 2025.
No Pre-K on Friday, October 24th, to allow for teachers’ scheduled planning day.

Due to unexpected power issues at Huff Consolidated, school will be cancelled there on Monday, October 20, 2025.
Attention Westside High School and Feeder Schools-
The WHS Homecoming Parade is scheduled for Thursday, October 2 at 5:30pm.
To encourage and promote community participation, ALL Westside students and feeder schools will have a 3- hour early dismissal on Thursday, October 2. This includes- Road Branch Elementary & Middle, Glen Fork Elementary & Middle, Baileysville Elementary & Middle, Huff Consolidated, Berlin McKinney Elementary, Oceana Middle, and Westside High school.

Due to an unexpected power outage at Huff Consolidated, there will be no school at Huff Consolidated on Thursday, September 25, 2025.

Members of the Wyoming County Schools Curriculum Leadership Team visited Huff Consolidated on Friday morning, walking classrooms and celebrating great teaching and learning. A wonderful way to kick off the day—we look forward to a return visit with the Raiders!

Huff Consolidated’s School Counselor, Angguna Rowe, and Herndon’s Science Teacher, Christy Young, presented at the National GEAR UP conference in San Francisco yesterday! The title of their presentation was “Shed Light on the Critical Issue of Mental Health Challenges for our Youth.” We are proud of their incredible Wyoming County representation!


Huff Consolidated’s Peytan Addair, Lexi Kennedy, and Jacob Toler was chosen to be a National Premier Performer for the BETA competition in Orlando, FL.
That makes 6 total for our crew this year!
